Agent HQ: 3 AM Incident Response
Fully automated incident response: an alert opens a P0 issue, GitHub Copilot coding agent fixes the bug, and Claude and Codex review the PR in parallel.

It’s 3 AM, prod is down, and the agents are already on it.
- A health monitor detects the anomaly behind an Azure Monitor alert.
- GitHub Actions opens a P0 issue with the raw telemetry and assigns Copilot coding agent.
- Copilot diagnoses the root cause, fixes the bug and opens a pull request.
- Claude and Codex review the PR independently and post scored feedback.
- A human merges, the fix deploys to Azure App Service, and the service recovers.
Everything up to the merge runs without paging anyone. Built as the live demo for my GitHub Copilot Dev Days talk.
