GitHub Agent HQ: 3 AM Incident Response at Microsoft GitHub Copilot Dev Days

An introduction to GitHub Agent HQ, with a demo of my project “3 AM incident response”: Copilot, Claude and Codex agents troubleshoot and fix a production issue, then wait for my approval to deploy, while I grab a coffee.

Thanks to Ehsan Eskandari and Bruno Capuano for organizing.
