Terraform Stacks on Azure
Terraform Stacks managing Azure infrastructure through CI/CD, with per-subscription federated identities for plan and apply.

A working example of Terraform Stacks (then in beta) on Azure. Components in components.tfstack.hcl describe the resources, and deployments.tfdeploy.hcl rolls them out per environment.
Each subscription gets its own service principal with two federated identities, one for plan and one for apply, so HCP Terraform authenticates to Azure without stored secrets.
